I’m very happy to have stumbled upon this course and can definitively say this has been a good use of 90 minutes of my time! I love the relatable, relevant examples in each topic. I’m a manager but I see myself as a budding Superboss. This course had some incredible food for thought for me. Thank you!

I hope that people who have been lucky enough to be cultivated and developed by super bosses will also be inspired to be a super boss themselves.

I liked hearing about real life superbosses, but it lacked practical examples and theory for me.

It was a great match, I currently got into a management role and alot of this I was already implementing but this was very informative and nice to learn about other ways to be a batter leader.
Justin Kobielusz –
Really great course using a plethora of real world examples. A couple case studies might further cement the content and serve as an excellent discussion resource in collaborating with the team.

Interesting perspectives, although it’s giving me PTSD about an old, bad boss. LOL. I liked the anecdotes about the famous people/names, although one thing that sticks out to me is that 99% of us don’t have the “ability” to just go out and hire someone that we meet at a coffee shop or store like Ralph Lauren. So, it’s nice to hear that it’s a great way to find talent, but most of us can’t do this. It’s just a thought.
