The overall course is new knowledge for me. I took this course before other courses because I thought it would be better to know the basic elements in Graphic Design first before mastering Adobe software. Lindsay is the more experienced one here and, to be honest, I’d prefer it if she just taught the entire course herself considering she’s the one that provided the resources and showed relevant examples. And I wish she could add more resources like the Color Theory resource shown in one of the videos. I also like that there’s extra content than just the fundamentals themselves, like Logo Design & Branding and Design Trends.

It gave me a great first overview of graphic design. It would be just so great if they wouldn´t use this cost intense software. I try to learn wit Affinity since I cannot and I don´t want to spend so much money each month atm. Watching these lessons was kind of feeling like being in a kind of hypnotic situation, I couldn´t stop watching and listening:D. I just started my journey in graphic design and I am looking forward to all the Lindsay videos I bought and I am going to buy since it really seems to be the best on Udemy available. Pardon my English, since I am a german speaker but I could understand the most – it is just really overwhelming when it comes to understand/keeping up with the setups for the software to follow instructions of how to do things.
