Fatima Rashid –
Very simple and very informative. I felt engaged and curious what is next. Very effective bites of information.

I learn a lot about this session, a new input, a new model to coach and of course it is easy to follow with the everyday practice.. im sure it can be helpful for me as i guide my team to be a high performing team and high in morale.
Thanks.
Bre-yana Beckmann –
I understand and relate to why people leave certain organizations because companies focus on financial goals more than people goals.
Veehuan Khong –
Learned an effective and repeatable framework on which I can carry out my coaching work.
Robby Russell –
It felt like a decent intro to OSCAR, but the example coaching scenario they used was too generic. Some of the ideal outcomes the coachee shared felt like corporate buzzwords without much substance.
Overall, I gained some ideas from this.
Another issue is that the attached Resources are a sporadic collection of Word docs and PDFs that need to align with what the video said would be included. I am trying to understand what some of these resources are referring to. It feels like someone attached a bunch of random corporate self-help docs to it.

the content is great – sound is awful – a real struggle to hear – and I have vol all the way up
Lorraine Wood –
Really engaging, straight forward to follow. Nice to have bite size learning and the examples helped to bring everything to life and also helped with remembering key elements.
Kavishka Jayalath –
It is a very good course for learning about the counselling skills at the workplace.
Jesus Gutierrez Jr. –
Very good, basic material and some different perspectives on the fundamentals of coaching. I would refer this to future leaders and managers.

I like that my company feels this is an important video. We need more mgmt and supervision to take this class.

The course is a good match to my needs and expectations. Practical and with a framework that can be implemented right away. I would only prefer to see more examples of couching sessions, together with common mistakes and how to avoid them.

Finally, I know what is coaching and what is the difference between coaching and mentoring. The OSACR model is useful.
