It lacks of order. Nobody fixes a car without having at least a little of context.
Although there are some blueprints they are useless if you don’t have the basic principles.
A marketer as me first needs to know the general idea, then the basics or rationale behind Facebook Messenger/Manychat (on how interact each other) and finally the details.
At the very end I discovered that someone needs to interact (not sure to what extend) in order to be suscribed on my list.
This kind of things are too basic to be omitted from the beggining and finally be discovered at the very end.

Poorly structured, Many chat was not explained thoroughly and with little detail. The course felt rushed for such an important topic. I recommend the instructor reconstruct this course and first explain the components of many chat before explaining how to use it so that it is easier to understand. I felt lost during the whole course.

Krisztina is a good teacher, I’ve learned a lot from the course. I just think that the experience could be improved. I think it would be better if I could see the teacher as she speaks. Also, the presentation slides could be improved as well.
