Although a few lessons are hard to understand at first without any example, it has to be replayed over and over again to get a better understanding of those lessons. Anyway, this is a good course to learn about delegation, especially it’s very short and easy to apply. Thank you.

The template brought this from a 4.5 star to 5 star. Wasn’t sure what to think when I saw a sub 1 hour course, but the material really carried it’s value. Well worth the money and time.

The material covered is good, but I don’t like the review of every single video a second after we covered the topic. I would prefer to have one summary at the end of the course that reviews the topics covered.

Helpful course not just in task delegation but also in the growth and right approach to the delegated persons.

I appreciated the directness and to the point style. There was little wasted time that allows for me to get the training in the time needed!
Resource is a helpful example to take back and implement while still learning.

I enjoyed the style of presenting the information needed to master effective delegation without all the in between information that may not be helpful.

Applies more to office work than construction work however certain topics are more general for all occupations

I recently started playing the role of a Tech lead and this course really helped me reflect on what I was doing right and what I was doing wrong. I have been able to implement the learnings from this course and have been benefitting from it.

I found this course very helpful and spotted areas that I need to adjust myself. I appreciate the information being direct and having some examples so you can see the difference in style. I also liked the round up of items covered at the end of each section.

A good little course, left me with some food for thought. Would be interesting to hear thoughts on avoiding micromanaging in situations, such as technical management, where the process for doing a task is something that needs to be defined and followed and there may, in some cases, be less room for simply setting the goal. Striking a balance between micro-managing and assuring adherence to process can be difficult.
The template approach is good and i’ll definitely be borrowing sections of it, however it did seem a little overly formal. This might work well in cases like the example (prepare for monthly meeting) where the delegation is for long-running repeating tasks over a long period of time, however it feels like it may reduce cohesion through its formality if applied to many smaller one-off tasks that come up every day when running technical & development teams.
Overall, I took a lot away from it. Thanks.

From what I’ve seen so far after Video number 6, yes, I’ve made two key notes.

I got a detailed understanding on delegation process. The process is explained by effectively dividing it into small steps that are easy to understand and implement. Thank you, Hassan for bringing up this course.
