This is a very good beginners course. I had never been able to draw a face that looks like a face and now not only I can consistently do it, I’m even drawing faces that look like the references I’m using and people can recognize them.
I’d definitely suggest more courses to become really advanced, but this is a great starting point. Highly recommended.

The course is really good. The course was broken down into very simple steps which I was able to understand, truly is for beginners if they would like to take it.
There is no part that was difficult to understand, the instructor(Jaysen) has designed the course in such a way that it is very easy to understand
I would highly recommend anybody to take this course. It covers almost every aspect of drawing from perspective, human face, the human figure, texture, shading, form, values, and contrast.

Great course , helped me a lot to look at things through a different lens and to understand what I actually see and not what I want to see.

What a great teacher. The explanations were superb. I had minimal if any drawing experience and now have a skill to build on. As Jaysen said, it takes hours and hours of practice to become good at drawing or anything else. Now I have a basis. More importantly, I enjoy drawing, as Jaysen certainly does.

Great course, great teacher, he covered every topic and was very straight forward, no waste of time or any repetition in the content, the course was thoughtfully structured ??

For a course in drawing basics is fantastic, but does not help that much for anyone that has already learned the basics of drawing (unless you have had a really long pause).
When I see advanced in the title I expected a bit more insight intro drawing tips and exercise tips for people that need help with going forward into their advanced phase of exploring drawing more in depth.
Cheers, it has helped as a refresher, I will continue with exercises like for human form sketching and live objects drawing but I’m also looking for more advanced lessons that can help me to brake into the advance phase and feel confident about my plan for progress.

It does give some insight in how perspective works, but the course isn’t much more than watching someone draw specific objects. It lacks a bit of depth.

Not a beginner’s course in my opinion, but more an introduction to intermediate. You start at a nice paced crawl until you hit prospective then you burst into a full-speed run. It’s like playing a video game with your younger brother who knows the game backward and forward. He teaches you two moves, punch and kick, then proceeds to kick your butt with 10-hit combos and special moves all day while you are left sitting there lost and confused, trying to keep up. I’m going to take other beginner courses and try this one again later maybe when I’m ready to level up.
Great course! I have really learned alot from it, I think it is a good fundamental building block and I’ll always look back on it as a guide through my journey as an artist.

It is a great course! Many practical tips, drawing step by step with a very clear narration. The theory of perspective, values, various compositions and many others were given in a comprehensible, practical way! If you follow the course and actually do all the exercises, you will discover that it is actually very easy to draw! At least it’s much easier when you have a good teacher! 🙂

Very good course for beginners. There are a ton of fundamental principles that are explained well that make all the difference.
