Yes, it’s nice for the knowledge and relevance that it adds to the AI product manager role and clarifies some of the DS/DE/AI related terminologies.
I don’t agree to use the data Kanban here, because that’s full end to end product development cycle and means some tasks/stories will remain in the flow for a very long time. the methods or columns that we choose is also pretty much dependent on what’s our story writing technique. some times we still write stories for independent sections of the overall process. Like – Build a new ETL or optimize an existing ETL for a new data point. OR Discover potential improvements for the AI model OR Change the model output from csv to xml. etc.
