Basic concepts (S.M.A.R.T. Goals; 3E Learning Model 70-20-10; Fixed or Growth Mindset, Skill or Will; 5 Why’s; etc. presented in a logical, effective approach. A nice discovery exercise for those exploring the Talent Development arena.

A few of the chapters were swapped (at the end of 21 they mention the chapter name of 23 next and not 22). The video zooming in and out was distracting and the speaker was not very engaging. The content itself was valuable though.

It provided excellent insight into who are my high potential employees, how to screen for them and how to engage and develop them into future leaders and potential replacement for me for when I climb the ladder

Easy to understand and in bite-size portion so could stop and reflect every segment of it.
