How to ensure you and your team thrive in adversity
Nicholas David Van Meter –
This was a great insight on other ways of caring for yourself and the team as a part of building resilience within your organization. This course shows a complete veiw of stratagies and asks great questions on how to stay resilient as a leader and how to help your team stay resilient with you.

I have 7 employees that report to me, all uniquely different with indivivual strengths and weaknesses. Recently, one of my employees lost his wife to cancer and he is really struggling. I’m looking for information to help him continue to be the great employee that he has been for the last several years.
Bailey Jawornicki –
It covered a lot of great topics and have great concrete ways to implement the content. Lots of resources. Only downside is a lack of diversity in the presentation style- limited visual aids to support the stories (which help people retain).

This is well above and beyond my expectations. Although I am no longer a manager, I still wanted to enroll and now I cannot stop following the course. I really liked the way some “courageous” points were told explicitly, exemplified and direct throughout the course.
Damien Stone –
Really enjoyed this course. Packed full of useful info from both professional and personal points of view.

these kinds of classes are good, but when it comes to reality everything does not hold good as explained. however, will try to practice atleast some.

It is a short course but the content was comprehensive. Thanks for creating such course.

This course is excellent for setting boundaries and understanding ways to develop your team’s resilience. Beth gave excellent examples of tactics that anyone can use to improve their own and others’ resilience. I’ve really benefitted from the activities by measuring where my resilience is going well and what’s lacking. I’m excited to put these new ideas to use!

Resilience is a topic that seems to receive less attention in most leadership models. This is a valuable skill and provides a new way to view to both personal and team commincation, relationships, goals and successful outcomes.

I have been impressed with the mode, the pace of delivery and the resources to go with. Great stuff.
Gillian Krakowski –
Beth was such a great speaker and teacher…it felt comfortable and casual and I learn best with that type of training.
Irina Shumsky –
I loved the content and was happy to realize that we practice many activities described. I appreciated that all recommended practices are logical and “easy” to implement (no special equipment or complicated prop)
Personally, it would help me greatly if a bullet points discussed during each segment were displayed next to the presenter’s image, so everything discussed in the current lecture is right in front you and you can quickly run through your mental list if you are interrupted or forgot one of the points discussed.
