It was very useful for me as an overview of the key skills, behaviour and understanding behind effective communication. I have good listening and communication skills but there is always room to improve, learn, and practice. I certainly got a lot out of this course. I like this way of learning as it’s flexible with my work pattern, and I can go over lectures again if need be, although the quizzes, assignment and summaries given were excellent. I very much liked the style and pace of the presentation by the lecturer. The video examples were very helpful too. Thank you.

This was more that what I have always wanted to have or be equipped with it was extremely helpful; this is something I would watch over and over again without tiring or actually getting bored ; everything is explained well and very clear with the support of those illustrating videos and plays within the lectures: I’m just happy and greatful for everything.

It was very good. The speaker was very pleasant to listen to and the subject presented in a way that was easy to understand and follow. The dramatizations were good examples as well.

This course really dives in to how to properly communicate as beings. This course has given me in-depth tips to consider when communicating. Really worth the investment. The speaker also communicates effectively verbally and non verbally. I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking to improve themselves.
