Tunku Mikhail bin Tunku Azmi –
The course has given me the knowledge of how to use Spring Boot
Michael Stow –
Excellent course. It takes a very systematic approach to Learning. The videos are short and to the point without including a lot of fluff. I do not know how much more there is to JPA and hibernate but I think this course gives you a decent foundation and definitely gives you enough to start building your own basic databases.
Himanshu Sharma –
Excellent course, just one observation, should have few more videos on Transactional annotation usage, as mentioned in one lecture that Transactional annotation should be considered at service level methods, but did not get further lectures on that.
Durga Rao Chodi –
It is an excellent course. It could have been improved with a few real-time projects or at least one end-to-end project.
Dario Sestero –
The course do what it declares, explaining in a very clear and precise way the fundamental concepts of JPA and Hibernate with Spring Boot.
The teacher conveys entusiasm and provides very good support material.

Ranga is explaining by using simple code to give you idea how things work. It gives you a good foundation of JPA and Hibernate, as well as for other topics.

Course content is very old and outdated. Most of the things are different from latest java release.

Ranga is a great teacher. This is an essential course for anyone trying to get a grasp of JPA and Hibernate. Take the course, trust me you need it.

The course covered a lot of topics – from the dawn of objects-relational mapping (using old technologies) to what we should use in modern day. Many people may be turned off by old materials, but having a good knowledge of those will give you a better understanding and appreciation of how things are today.
Ranga is definitely a very good teacher. The pace of teaching is very reasonable and the examples are straight forward.
