Content was relevant to the course title and was as I expected.
A couple of the links on the PDF downloads did not work and I have added a question related to this.
The timing of the sections can be a little different from what is published depending on how long you spend on the related activities.

This course is very useful for those who organize internal meetings so far, but even if I respect all the criteria, customers are not disciplined and appreciate the old way meetings with a lighter ‘human’ driven approach. I do agree that those meetings were not revenue driven, but if one drives the meeting alone, he/she can tailor the meeting. Sometimes we call a customer with a colleague from another organization who does not have our same training and to combine the same skills is not easy if we are hierarchically at the same level. I think that due to the nowadays times (after Covid especially) and considering other aspects of the sales work that is not how it used to be, new courses should be thought of especially for external meetings and considering that people are overwhelmed by technology, so that the one that remains simple and easy in his/her approach is winning vs those ones like us who are very skilled, but sometimes even too much vs basic customers in their mentality and preparation
It is still interesting to listen to all these techniques even if during the years, they were given to us where I work and I appreciate and use them all already. Many thanks to all the trainers involved:)

This course gave us tips and tricks on how to plan-prepare-perform! There was adequate content on how to use time effectively, manage procrastination, enhance self-discipline and being able to keep things in perspective. In a digital world, I agree it is a good idea to use time tracker apps which will help allocate time effectively. My favourite was on something we have consistently talked about – SMART goals and being able to achieve them. I personally feel the quiz questions could be simplified/ shortened.

Too many pdf files that could have been incorporated within the course itself. All the activities/video/podcast are basically doubling the time of the course. Unfortunately, this course didn’t impress me and I would personally find more effective to be provided with the list of authors and books whose ideas were used and read those.

Not much groundbreaking examples to tangibly explain the concepts, more so that these are not new ideas to begin with.
