Thumbs up to this course! The course is very informative and the subject matters are all discussed in details. The facilitator provides us an overview of what is all about leadership and lean culture. This is a very good course to one aspiring for a manager position.

Firstly, everything is well explained because of the coach’s simplicity, knowledge, and experience. As a matter of fact, he shares with you two books to really understand the variety of topics throughout the course. Most importantly, resources are given in many ways to read through those variables and engineering approaches.

Some things repeat from the other Lean course, but that is likely good as both a refresher and as it goes into more detail. Just be aware if this is your second course. comes with ebooks as well

This course was really an eye opener for me and has even put me in the path of asking more questions and engaging in more courses. Understanding that there are principles to every intended result is ultimately my take home on this course. Thank you sir Lawrence ?

The success of my experience within the continuous improvement process has been highly reflected in these teachings. My first experience with Kaizen was working for GM. In order for Kaizen to be successful it has to be embraced from the top down. Great series.

It was interesting and shared many interesting tools and instruments that would be helpful. I would recommend to trim the content a little bit
