Miriam Tomaszewska –
I have experienced as well as many others probably, the influence of feelings in workplace, … it is useful to remind about it once in a while, what effect can it have, and that all will pass one day
Alexis Chernish –
A lot of general concepts delivered at an extremely slow pace. This course could be condensed into one a fraction of the size. There’s also a bit of misinformation.
WILBERT ALFONSO MENESES MARIN –
bastante interesante el curso con mucha profundidad y una clara explicación de temas mas controversiales para el liderazgo efectivo

Amazing lecture that x-rays completely the emotional intelligence of a leader. It breaks it down into multiple sections in order to capture the essence of the lecture. This course gave me a whole new perception of leadership. As a leader you also need to understand the personalities of your team members and treat them accordingly to get the best result.

It is a very well laid out course and everything is explained in a very clear way. I feel I have learnt a lot about Emotional Intelligence from this course

I leaned a lot. As much as I want to revisit his course many times over the next few months and will be looking to apply learnings in my job, the course also has helped me start to defuse and help in a personal out-of-work conflict that has arisen in a group of my friends. So I am grateful for this timely training!

If you have never heard a peep about emotional intelligence this is a good starter course. I was hoping for some newer insights and I think this course focused on a lot of basics that you may already know. Would have liked a few more examples in addition to the principles presented.

I am a logical thinker; a strong INTP. I have an overt passion for my career and this often leads to frustration and aggression. I’ve always said “I wear my passion on my sleeve”, as it is often visible if I don’t agree with something. It is not because I want to intentionally cause conflict – quite the opposite, I want to best for my team.
For much of my career, people have accepted this is who I am (not necessarily liked it), but accepted it because what I can deliver.
But this course is helping me to realise that it doesn’t need to be accepted. I am not going to be less of who I am by adjusting my behaviour to meet that of what other expect. I can control my behaviour; moreso, I can manage my behaviour for the benefit of the team, without sacrificing who I am.

Very good content and explanations of the subjects. It is a good starting material to both understand Emotional Intelligence and Leadership.

Part of the course is reminder for some things I already know it, but I put it on the side. Also there are some new things, which helps me to upgrade my knowledge.
Thank you
