I have learnt some courses about a leadership. As an acting leader of a mobile development team. As my point of view, it’s a really helpful course. Here is what I have learnt, what is the effective, inspired leader. How to be one, you will learn about flower style, leadership styles. What is effective team, how to build it. What is the creative leadership, how to communication leadership, and influence others.

The course was very helpful, informative and thought-provoking one. Heartfelt thanks to Ms Lorraine Wiseman for all her wonderful tips, insights and visions .It was her energy and deliberation that were simply amazing. One of the best and most engaging Leadership training I’ve ever attended in Udemy. I was very impressed by the energy, the depth of the content and the devotion of the course instructor.
A five star recommendation to anyone who is seeking Leadership courses to have profound impact and vision personally and professionally.

Course content is good along with excellent delivery.
Duration of the course is not adequate to deliver the whole content and more examples would help to understand in clear

The information was good but the timing was off so it was disconcerting to see the leader’s lips moving when there was no sound and vice versa. In addition, when she mentioned that the attendees should watch an attached video clip, no such clip could be located in the slide or in the resources folder. Lastly, there was no option to download the Power Point so, unless one was willing to take constant screen shots or stop the presentation frequently to take notes, there was no way to reference the training post facto.

I enjoyed this course very much. Having the ability to create an outline on the basic qualities of leadership has allowed me to determine my own style/blueprint on how I want to be as a leader.

While there was insightful knowledge presented, it wasn’t exactly the course I thought it was going to be. I do not feel I got a “how to influence and inspire” guide, rather an overview on all of the possible ways that elements of the Leadership path can have impact on others and so “choose carefully how you proceed” — which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

I do identify with the aspects of situational leadership. As a leader I have used them all unknowingly, i am now more aware and will be more intentional as i practice situational leadership to sharpen the skill.

Great information provided. To the point and not too much to digest. For someone who learns by doing may some practical playbooks could be included to really solidify the concepts. Otherwise, great content

Its an 1.5 hour class. Those leaving comments expecting some life-changing leadership course need to understand that will not happen in 1.5 hours. I have taken 3-4 month long, in-resident courses on leadership and come away wanting more. Expecting to elevate your skills to the next level after an hour and a half is unrealistic. This course does well to explain terms and gives examples of each.
