Too much of theories on types of PMs etc… I wish I could learn what is important how to behave and what to do good but till now these were only theories and rather focusing on what is bad. Maybe in next part I will hear more positive stuff and learn some tips on how to improve. Nevertheless, it’s been already over 1h of listening to pure theory and Im already tired and do not have fun listening anymore 🙁

fantastic. This attributes section sums it all about being how to be a good leader. This section alone is more than enough to help be a good leader. well clearly stated and defined. with real life scenarios
