To keep my level of attention high, especially in such a long training with quite a lot of known/obvious information, it would have helped to not put the entire script on the slides.
The course covers a lot of basic information in a well-structured way, which is a good introduction for beginners and a good reminder for experienced professionals.

This course laid out the concepts and then did a deeper diver into each so I could have a better understanding. I like having things laid out for me rather than having to decipher information and the course material provided lays it out in a way that is easily digestible.

Tactics explained in this course seemed obvious but were explained in a way that was easy to digest and needed to be reinforced to learn it effectively

The messaging and collaboration tools list is a bit outdated. Imo, the list even doesnt have to be in the course, could simply be a .pdf that is linked to.

This course does a great job explaining allot of concepts we see our better leaders do often, but never quite knew why. Highly recommended for this with virtual teams and are struggling a bit to get them productive.

This isn’t applicable to the real world. Don’t waste your time or money on this course. The info on here is basic and generic. Very basic soft skills.

Very good and straight to the point. Applicable (at least in my case) to the real world. The only thing I would add is more explanation (details) on some topics (some of them I see might be better covered by other courses of the author).
Joe Giegel –
Course was good, but a little dated, particularly with the big focus on e-mail. And biased against main competitors of Cisco collaboration products (Zoom, Microsoft).
Jennielyn T. Kapawan –
This course provides me knowledge and deeper understanding on handling virtual meetings and leading team online.

As a beginner, this was a very helpful course! Some of the technologies discussed felt a little bit out-dated; I would love to see an updated version of this course for current technology!

I thought the how to leave a voicemail portion may be a bit dated as many people no longer check voicemails. Text or email the message instead or in addition to.

This was a great course. All new managers or prospective managers must take this course
