This course is good for sure. But the only problem is leaves you for wanting to know more. Lets just this is like a collection of “introductions” to all the important topics, rather than a full blown course where you can go ahead and implement it.
I wish the gap was fixed.

The course tells us some practical insights on leaders rising up in an organization. This helps also guide everyone the transition of a leader into a bigger role in an organization.

This is a course that I need. It definitely addressed some of issues or situations I encountered. Thank you so much for this course

This video brought to light a situation in my workplace where an upper level manager insists on making decisions for the supervisors he oversees. Doing so disempowers those supervisors to make their own decisions

This was brilliant, meaningful, relevant and immediately actionable advice and help.
My only regret: not having seen this earlier!

This is a FABULOUS course. Absolutely zooms in on the challenges at the senior leadership levels as they move from managing ICs to managing managers and managing business units. Great delivery. Will recommend.

Very helpful sections on how to manage the changing relationships with others (as peers now become subordinates to you or you move up and become peer with someone that you used to report to).

I’ve been avoiding the strict role of leader as I’ve seen so many leaders fail in their role because they were not as good at leading as they were at their previous role. Identifying why that happens is something I have been wanting to learn so I don’t fall in the same pitfall.
