I learn to know and keep my feelings in control. Thanks Leila a lot for her very useful course. I enjoyed it so much to listening to her lively and comfortable voice. I was also impressed by her passion to bring the knowledge about EQ closer to us.

I haven’t been aware of the existence of EQ as an important work-related aspect which can lead to mine and company success. Now l has learnt the concept and the need to keep working on my EQ.

It redefined my beliefs. I learnt how to understand my emotion better and what triggers it and able to react better. Most importantly my takeaway will be able to define what I feel and describe it.

I related the course with a number of problems I experience and I couldn’t figure out how to solve them. The part of neuroplasticity blew my mind, knowing that, scientifically speaking, is possible to change one’s behavior, is unvaluable for me.

Loved the course and the content.
It’s short yet precise and informative. The course was about pragmatic solutions to the workplace problems that we all face one way or other.
I think that a lot of unwanted incidents can be avoided if even one party has high EQ.

Leila was a great instructor and provided helpful examples throughout the course. It was good to pause and digest the course in small segments. Thank you.

I sounds good but unfortunately, staff and management do care about staff or patients. I tell people, but it lands on deaf ears.
David Chukka –
Very neatly and clearly explained about the EQ and improving part and also knowing about the Buttons and how to tackle those situations.. Thanks A lot.
Federico Seco –
Concise and very well explained. Although the spoken information is great, I think the greatest part of this course is the actionable PDF files. You need to actually stop for a minute, be sincere and ask yourself questions that are not so easy to answer, and then make a plan to take action.

This is an excellent course and a very important one for both employers and employers to improve their overall success, team collaboration and client satisfaction! Highly recommended.
