there’s certain skill I have to master for self-development. this course provided one of them. the only thing is it’s sometimes hard to understand what the instructor is saying, but those times are few in-between. most of the course can be understood well.

Not really applicable in a lot of ways to a manufacturing environment. Much more suited to an office space where autonomy and decision making can be delegated.

So repetitive! This could have been accomplished in half the time with some better time management of what is needed for delegation, instead lots of time was used on “supervision” type examples that were repetitive.
