I find it exhausting to watch videos without subtitles. However, this course was paced right and it was easily understood. Thank you for sharing this new way of approaching problems and coming up with solutions.

I appreciate the review parts after each section, they helped me to sum my thoughts up and gave me space for further thinking. Also the example of developing a Kurbo app helped me in designing my own ideas. I am persuaded that I will use some tips learnt from this course also in my everyday life.

Kurbo app example shows lots of bias and not understanding user needs or downstream implications of design. ie. app currently in news for pushing kids towards poor food habits AND using data incorrectly.

Overall I really enjoyed the course. However, I would have really liked seeing more in-depth conversation guides for the interview in the testing of the storyboard
