This course doesn’t justify its name. It is not for communication skills. It point out only to direct someone. Not a realistic. Decisions are not part of communications. It is part of management. Communication skills course required how to deal with peoples, it could be for any type of job role not only for managers. Its required when people do not reply, complete their work, try to make fool, don’t take responsibility, don’t understand the urgency for things to be completed. Don’t follow rules, repeat their mistakes again & again & again.

All items covered are very good points to revisit periodically. It keeps the ideas fresh and adds items to your leader tool box that can be honed and smoothed by use and repitition.

I got a lot of good ideas and can make templates and checklists for specific scenarios. I didn’t like all of the “benefits” sections – if I didn’t realize the benefits before opening the course, I wouldn’t have chosen to take it from all the courses available.

One of the topics stated say No don’t need a detailed explanation and says Yes needs an explanation. I strongly disagree with this point.
