I think this course should be taught senior year of high school as a graduation requirement. The way I was raised (lower class African American) I had no access or proximity to the philosophy of etiquette and communication on a basic level let alone a professional level and it creates and anxiety that hindered my growth and shrunk my scope and this course and I’m sure others like it would change a lot of lives. This is a big area of improvement for me!

I felt a lot of the information was common sense, especially for someone who has working in the professional workspace for some time. I can see the benefit for someone brand new to the workforce.
I felt the trainer could have cleaned up their presentation. There were a lot of pauses and misspoken words that would be expected from a live training but my experience with recorded sessions is that they tend to be cleaner.
