My expectation was to learn more specific about Agile Leadership Tools, Roles, Strategies. I feel that the course rather shows common knowledge which is not specifically focused on an agile environment. Hence I feel “Leadership and Resilient Teams” as title would have been more suitable. Further the trainer referes a lot to his own practice, which I do not doubt is good. My expectation was rather to get a more neutral overview.
