Cool huh? 😀 Honestly, some of the most well-spent hours in learning! I learned so many advanced techniques and tools that I was not aware of so far. Every video is very inspiring and well-organized, and it brings so many ideas for experimentation. Scott is an amazing instructor and makes everything look so simple, enjoyable, and easy to do! I laughed so many times on my own with his comments! Thanks, bud for sharing all this knowledge!

This class was perfect, I enjoyed the tips and tricks, the lessons are well explained and the class exercices helped me with my personal projects.
Thank you 🙂
After taking his first introduction course to illustrator, it felt a lot more directed and goal orientated. This course on the other hand was less directed and more towards exploring all the options illustrator has to a greater extent in less of a directed fashion if that makes any sense.
I did gain workflow experience and certainly expanded what I thought could be done within illustrator itself to a higher degree.
However this course coincidently did not feel as interactive comparatively to his introduction course. I personally think a lot of the content could have been included in his first course, but tomatos’ tamatos.
Not bad at all, just not a directed/goal orientated experience in my opinion; good if your trying to expand your creative outlook on illustrator.

Dan broke his promise he did not blow my Illustrator mind at all !
I was expecting too much from this course to learn in advanced way but there was nothing be honest with you …
1. almost half of the sections in this course is (1) lesson
2. he is pretty rush in his videos and in the middle of the lesson he tells you can skip the video .
3. in the middle of some videos he shows you ( adobe Max ) video, like you cant find them in youtube ,at the same time he is gonna talk about after effect or Xd courses he got …..

It was my 3rd course with Dan and as a teacher he never disappoints. His energy and delivery method is on another level. Even though these are prerecorded sessions, I always felt that he has a great connection with his students.

Everything in this course is fun, accessible, and easy to understand. It was enjoyable all the way through and I feel like I have a decent understanding of Illustrator now. A+

Absolutely amazing course, full of awesome techniques, tools and tips. Daniel Walter Scott is my favourite teacher on Udemy, he has a superb style of teaching and making everything fun.

Dan explains everything really clearly and also in a light and sometimes humourous way. I would totally recommend this course. Dan is THE BEST TEACHER on those programs you can get!

I would just like to have an assignment submission section and/or bigger assignments like final project. I know this course it’s not exactly for that purpose but I think it would be interesting

This is another great course by Dan. It’s engaging and easy to follow, and it kept me motivated throughout. I feel like I’m much more confident now with Illustrator and that I’ve got a much better handle on pretty much all the tools. I presume it’s just a bug on Udemy, but I missed getting to submit assignments separately on this one, as I found it a more structured system, and I found giving/receiving feedback really helpful. Otherwise though this has been really great – thank you!

Daniel is a great instructor but I’m a little disappointed with the content of this course. Not advanced enough in my opinion. It would have been nice to create projects (both for illustration and graphic design) to combine and apply all the knowledge learned in the Essentials and Advanced courses. The perspective grid tool is never explained. I hope projects/assignments will be added in the next update.
nice learning experience..
