I have learned that in order for BCM to be perfect, the following category should be in place. Such items to name a few are; understand the content of organisation, should have leadership hierarchy, planning, support (resources, competence, awareness, communication & document information)

This course has been a great accompaniment to the ISO22301 standard which I have on my desk. The plan we’ve produced is much better for having done the course.
